Job Title:  Production Assistant

Position Summary: We are a high-end cannabis infused product facility located in Denver that is looking for a person with varied production experience. The purpose of the Production Assistant is to assist all our production departments with help when needed. This job position will work in our Bakery, Extractions, Packaging, and Fulfillment departments. The overview of duties will be facility maintenance and upkeep, departmental cleaning, departmental project assistance and other projects as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring trash and recycling is removed from each department, bathrooms, and break room at the end of day

  • Ensuring Departments are shut down and/or opened properly each day as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Work in Bakery - Weighing cookies/raw dough, preparing ingredients, Washing dishes and equipment and other duties as assigned

  • Work in Extraction Lab - Filling socks, packing columns, cleaning tools and equipment, gramming/weighing product into packages, and other duties as assigned

  • Work in Packaging Department - Bagging product, counting product, labeling, casing, cleaning tools and equipment, and other duties as assigned

  • Work in Warehouse - Picking and pulling orders, Accepting in projects from packaging, Double checks, shelving and equipment cleaning

  • Other projects as assigned


  • Food service experience

  • Understanding of food safety, OSHA, quality

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Valid driver's License

  • Valid MED occupational badge

Working Conditions:

This position is Monday - Friday full time. Schedule is to be determined in interview and job offer. In this position you will be subject to work throughout the entire facility indoors and outdoors. You will work with all departments at various points throughout the day and week. You will have to lift and carry heavy items. You will be expected to be on your feet all day if the project requires it and you may be required to sit all day if the project requires it. You will be exposed to and regularly working with most common food allergens (Wheat, Soy, Dairy, Eggs, Tree nuts, and Grounds nuts in all departments). You will be required to hold this position for a minimum of 6 months before being considered for another position within the company.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to work standing up for 8 hours

  • Must be able to sit for 8 hours

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs

Job Title:  Extraction Technician

Position Summary: Working as part of a Self Managed Team, the Extractions technician will have a high level of expertise in extraction processes, types and relevance of products and communication skills. The Extraction Technician is primarily responsible for the production processes within the lab. These processes include, but are not limited to, blended solvent extractions, crude refinement and finished products processing.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures

  • Understand and adhere to productions schedules

  • Assist in forecasting production needs

  • Follow employee safety and compliance training

  • Maintain all required manufacturing records during the production process

  • Maintain a clean work environment

  • Must have strong communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats

  • Must understand and comply with typical laboratory standards

  • Must be familiar with OSHA guidelines for dealing with hazardous chemicals

  • Assist in training of new employees

  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with fellow team members and others throughout the organization

  • Ensure up to date product and process knowledge is maintained

  • Display a flexible and co-operative approach at all times

  • Ability to use standard office equipment, computer equipment and software including word processing, spreadsheet applications and electronic mail

  • Knowledge and adherence to the policies, procedures and goals of the company

  • Transporting samples to testing facility and other small errands required for lab.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years experience in an extraction lab setting

  • Experience working in the cannabis industry

  • Strong knowledge of extraction laboratory setting requirements

  • Knowledge of ETS extraction equipment

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:

  • The work for this position is performed in an extraction laboratory setting

  • May be required to work evenings and weekends

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Valid MED Badge

  • Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds, may include sitting or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching.
